And if you don’t love it, we will be happy to work with you to get a refund or exchange. Our guarantee is as follows:
New gear that is in the same condition as when we sold it to you will be issued 100% of your money back as either cash or store credit- your choice. New gear that is faulty or defective in any way will be issued 100% refund or exchange, your choice.
If your new gear was mounted, skied, used, abused, or otherwise altered we are still happy to take it back but may need to subtract an appropriate fee for the amount of use. We do not accept returns on our new skis that are available for demo as we recommend that you demo them before purchase.
We really do our best to outfit everyone with great gear that fits well, and we want you to be confident knowing that if you try your equipment out and are not happy you can bring them back in. If your used gear is in the same or similar condition as when you purchased it we are happy to give you 100% of your money back as either cash, exchange or store credit, your choice. If you have done damage to the skis we will take them back but charge an appropriate fee based on the extent of the damages and what would be the cost to repair.
