Ski and Board Waxing
Have you been interested in waxing your own skis but don't know where to start? Join us at the Utah Ski Gear Performance Center for an in-depth waxing clinic that will leave you feeling confident to do the work on your own skis. This clinic, led by core and knowledgeable Utah Ski Gear staff only has space for 10 participants.

The Utah Avalanche Center hosts 3 original Know Before You Go presentation led by UAC avalanche experts at the Utah Ski Gear Midvale Performance Center throughout the fall.
Space is limited so be sure to show up early!
This is a 1 hour avalanche awareness program consisting of a 15-minute video followed by a 20-25 minute slide show and a Q&A period led by an avalanche professional.
In this presentation, you will see the destructive power of avalanches, understand when and why they happen, and how you can have fun in the mountains and avoid avalanches.
If you are new to backcountry recreation and looking for a FREE introductory presentation prior to taking an avalanche course in the field, this KBYG event is a great way to get educated.

Take full advantage of the Performance Center with unlimited tips and education from our experienced team of ski industry professionals! Try out and compare tools yourself using our in-house demonstration bench or take part in expert led tuning clinics for the most comprehensive training on tuning your gear.
Our new Performance Center also offers a full service tune shop featuring top of the line machinery from Wintersteiger and high-end stone grind patterns.
