Named after the BC era military commander, Hannibal Barca, who marched war elephants over the Pyrenees and Alps during the second Punic War, the Fischer Hannibal 94 is a light ski for climbing big vertical with the power to crush adverse conditions with ease. A 3-Dimensional Paulownia Wood Core with Carbon Stringers keep the weight down, optimizes longitudinal flex while retaining torsional stiffness. The Air Tec Ti places a titanium laminate in the binding area for power and binding retention while ABS sidewall construction underfoot balance flex and edge grip. Tour Rocker in the tip prevents the tips from diving in powder while granting easy turn initiation and more efficient trail breaking.
The innovative, fully integrated precut Fischer Profoil climbing skins provide an easy-to-use climbing solution to traditional nylon/mohair climbing skins. Features a 100% hydrophobic Profoil material with Crown Grip and Glide technology, providing an average of 20% more glide while eliminating moisture absorption in wet conditions. The Fast-Fix front attachment and I-Clip tail attachment allow for easy on and off. ***NOTE: At all times, users must use the included Profoil release liner when packing or storing the skins. Glue to glue contact is not recommended by the manufacturer.
