Friendly and fabulous atmosphere. Staff is not interested in upselling but helping one get into the best gear and product that will best suit the skier. It is a quaint old place full of possibilities and surprises. We purchased skies a few weeks ago but ended up being too long. So today we switched them out today without any problem. Actually they had the perfect switch out! Also when other products didn’t work they were willing to refund. I recommend this place to any and everyone at any skill and knowledge

This place will be off the walls crazy busy, but the staff will treat you like you’re the only person there and their TOP priority. This is the ONLY shop we will ever give our business. Customer service is top notch, they helped me pick out every piece of gear. Their prices are amazing!
